How do you celebrate life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 26, 2008:
Of the ways is to revisit one of my favorite places, the old Bullock's farm in Hunter Creek valley, a few miles outside of town, an hour outside my back door, and a million miles away from the madding crowd.
The wonderful green of early spring is appearing, finally, because spring is so late this year. Here we are, nearly June, and the leaves are just now appearing. Just when I almost give up all hope, Life appears in the tiny green buds, misting my aspen groves in their colors and their promise of Life again, in spite of all my worrying, in spite of all my doubts, Mama Nature does her job, and she counts on me doing mine.
More on the Bullock's farm on another post.

Isn't it amazing that even when we've given up all hope for spring, those tiny shoots appear, the world goes on, and we are so glad to be alive!
Thanks for sharing this lovely image, my dear.
Thank you from me too. The photo is wonderful. This has been such a good spring in all the waiting.
